Shrewsbury Business Chamber members, potential members and other businesses are cordially invited to the Chamber's Police & Crime Prevention networking evening, 6pm on Thursday, 28th February at Origins Restaurant, London Road. The event this month is sponsored by Henshalls; it will not only include the opportunity to mingle with other businesses and individuals in the Shrewsbury area, it also includes a presentation from Inspector Saf Ali of West Mercia Police, who will update us on crime prevention and other policing issues in the town and surrounding area.
In March, the Chamber will be hosting a Festivals & Tourism-themed networking evening. The event, at 6pm, Wednesday 20th March, and also at Origins Restaurant, London Road, will feature a presentation from Beth Heath of Shropshire Festivals.
The Chamber's next event, at the earlier date of Tuesday 2nd April, will feature a presentation by Teresa Heath Wareing, focusing on Social Media.
Our monthly networking events have been held at a number of venues including our usual Origins Restaurant, Berrys, Shrewsbury Town Football Club, Shrewsbury Flower Show, Salop Design, Sabrina Boat, Shrewsbury Museum, Shrewsbury Prison and Salop Leisure's Love Plants/Love2stay facilities near Emstrey Island, all very well attended.
